Does most TCCD chip based RAM can run 300MHz??

Nice!!! what timings you having for 312MHz 2T??

today I got my 4400FC to run at 300MHz 2.5-4-4-0 at 3.0v, I didn't try higher, but for a 298 dollar ram, i am so happy with it :)

but i can't set the voltage lower than 3.0v, otherwise get errors.

Can you tell me what the setting you set to your RAM??

3.0, 4, 4, 10. @ 312MHz 1:1 2T.
2.5, 4, 3, 7. @ 300MHz 1:1 2T

I only set those timming as above, the rest are left on AUTO.

OH.. why you set 2T?? it cause performance lose.

becuase your 300MHz result is not as good as mine, and also the 318MHz only close to mine.

I suggest you change to 1T, will be lot better :)

*Ditto Cemson*
Run a comparative benchmark at lower timings with 1T. Frankly, I don't really notice much higher clockspeeds with 2T.
The performance loss for going to 2T really hurts.

One thing to note here, that people often overlook, is whilst the TCCD chips in a stick of pc3200 are pretty much the same thing on a stick of pc4000, etc, its the controllers on the memory stick itself that make the higher clockspeeds possible. Typically, the memory stick, not the chips, is where things fail first.
