i will buy an Asus M5A88-V EVO USB3 AM3+ and a gtx 570. But this mobo has ati integrated graohics. Do they support eachother?

Does this mobo suport nvidia cards?

Yeah, you can still use a graphics card on a motherboard with onboard graphics. It just won't use the onboard stuff. 
If you haven't bought the board yet, you should go for one of AMD's new 9xx chipsets.
