SOLVED Dominator Plat 2x16 only runs 2133mhz

I have a

ASUS X570 TUFF GAMING PLUS WIFI

R5 3600

CORSAIR 850 WATT MODULAR

2070 SUPER

I side graded my ddr4 from OYLA 32 4x8

To 2x16 Corsair dominator

It says it's rated at 3600 MHz but I can't get it to boot at that rate. It only boots at default auto frequency of 2133mhz

Am I missing something here do I need to set it all manually?

RESOLVED

had to go to BIOS

then AI TWEEKER
then turn on under the Docp under the OC TUNER,
Then back the FBLK down to 1200 MHZ to remain stock FBLK is a few rows under oc tuner "note mine defaulted to 1800mhz"
