Hi
I recently purchased a LG GSA-H10A as the Sony 820A i had purchased took 10 minute to write a 4.7 gig dvd. The lg writes 4.7 gig dvd's fine but i ran out of 2.4x dual layer 8.5 gig dvd's and purchased some 8x as that is all that seems to be available from Verbatim now.
I receive this error message with the 8x even though the 2.4x write fine.
unable to SEND DVD+R DOUBLE LAYER RECORDING INFORMATION
The discs are also useless after this error as they are slightly written to in the begining.
The LG says it supports writing 8x dual layer but will not.
Anyone with the same thing ?
