Now see if you can boot to and run Memtest86+ w/ the overclock applied, and using the settings I posted in post #15.
 
There are a few different things you can try now... remove the Corsairs and install the Hynix using the same settings, bump the vNB, bump the DRAM voltage to ~1.90V, or loosen the timings (specifically the CL) to 6-5-5-15 at the modules rated 1.80-1.85V. Only make one modification at a time, then reboot to Memtest and note the number of errors as a comparison.
 
This is proving to be more of a headache than it's worth. Memtest is still giving me errors with the Hynix so the RAM isn't bad... I don't really have the time to try out all of those settings so I'll probably just stick with the stock speed until I get a new rig.
