Fan Controller w/ White LEDs?

Do they exist? Or is this going to have to be something I make myself, or just just find a some kind without LEDs? There's a few other things too. There's 15 fans in my case and they're all Gentle Typhoon AP15's. I would love to have 1 fan controller that can support all of them using y-splitters.

Lamptron has a few, two that I remember and that I reviewed: the Lamptron FC8 & the Lamptron FC9
