Fan direction/airflow

I would turn the fans in the back of the case around.

Its standard practice that fans on the front and side be intake, and fans on the top and back are exhaust.
 
Your case needs good airflow FIRST. Your idea is not the best. Now if you put some MUCH louder higher CFM fans on top your flow would be okay.

What Corsair WC did you buy and the reason for that purchase is?

I see, the H80 now in your sig. Your welcome to mention that in your post.....................

Just have them exhaust out the back, you won't see the diff unless your already temp limited with a basic 120x1 rad sized AIO unit.
