I'm thinking of adding a fan filter, inside my case, for my PSU and possibly
for my vid-card and CPU heatsink fans. The reason being, is that it's PITA to clean dust off heatsinks and from inside PSU's and I'd rather just give a quick vacuuming to the filters.

thats a bit extreme... just fan filters on the intakes of the CASE would be the better (cheaper) option compared to filters on PSU, GPU & CPU
if you still have dust when using filters on the case intakes, then there is a balance/intake issue: dust is sucked in through gaps... tape them shut
and clean/vacuum your case filters & room every forthnight or so

That is extreme, and will have detrimental results to temperatures if you are putting them on all those things.. I have never and will never bother to put a dust filter on a PSU and GPUs. Just put them on the intake fans on your case and call it a day.

Wait for a sale and get a DataVac in lieu of canned air -- along with some chopsticks to hold your fans still while you blow them off.
