SOLVED fan header???

I got an asrock extreme 9 mother board, next to the cpu fan headers is a three pin fan header labled "pwr-fan1", any ideas what this one is for?

I am thinking for the vrm section.

It is a 3 pin fan header that does not support variable speeds but supplies full power/speed at all times.
