Fan options optimization

I'm looking for intake fans, overall case fans and rad, might be going with the Black Ice Nemesis 360GTS. So I'm looking at these brands. For intakes I think the TR 143s and SW3 should be good? Not sure what brands below to go for overall & rad fan optimization.

I want performance and quiet, but don't mind loud fans at full load. Budget $20 - 30 USD / per fan.

120 and 140 options are welcomed. 2 140mm as front intake, 120mms for radiators/overall.

Nidec Gentle Typhoons read its best for rads and overall (Can't find them)

Static pressure, CFM, and noise are all very good. And they're Noctuas.
