flashing bios and unlocking cores with BE 560

I have this motherboard and im noticing that my BIOS is from 2010. Im thinking thats why my BE 560 wont let me unlock its cores. How can i flash this bios without using a floppy drive or thumb drive? can i do it in windows? here is my motherboard.

You should be able to flash the bios in windows using "ASUS Update".
Most dual cores I've run across have been just that, just 2 cores with nothing to unlock.

Don't assume that just because you read of people unlocking cores successfully that your particular CPU has viable cores to unlock. Yes, most motherboard manufacturers offer Windows-based bios flash utilities. Just make sure you close all open programs before you try it.
