this sounds about right to me. I tried ordering a few things from them back in January, nothing ever shipped three months later, asked for a refund. at least they were responsive.

Yeah back in the day I had issues with orders from them. 1st time they sent 1/2 my order. 2nd time they were late with shipping. To make up for it they sent me a $5 mousepad .
