FTP too slow!!

Alright, I managed to get the FTP client and server all set up, I got a no-ip domain, I have all the right ports forwarded on my router, and Im even able to connect to it form outside my firewall..all in all, Im pretty amazed with that, but now I have issues with speed and disconnections. I'd be willing to create an account for anyone who'd be willing to help me trouble shoot this...I'd really like to get this sucker working well. thanks
