Ga-ep31-ds3l dead after flashing bios

hi to everyone

i have ga-ep31-ds3l witch have virtual dual bios

i flash it with q-flash utility from bios

when it said flash compled successfully ,i reboot the system.

from that moment and till now i have blank screen

tha pc starts ,fans working etc but no screen

i tried boot floppy disk,boot usb,boot cd,clear cmos but nothing

does enyone know how to recover bios ? or there is no hope...

I would try a long reset on the CMOS with the battery pulled if that doesn't work then you'll have to do it through DOS and hope to RE-Flash the BIOS file. here's a link from Giga about the Award flash for that bios. http://www.gigabyte.com/webpage/20/HowToReflashBIOS.html

unfortunately nothing of those works.
it doesn't read neither from floppy,cd,usb.
blank screen always
