GA990FXA-UD5 help

Anyone know how to get 4 ram modules to clock at 2GHZ on a GA990FXA-UD5 MB? Fastest I can get stable is 1.6GHZ (1600MHZ)
I'm using 4 Viper Xtreme 4GB 2000MHZ 9-11-9-27, 1.65V
CPU=FX-8150

I've tried changing the voltage up and down and no go.
