Gaming PC Challenge: $500 Limit

I take it back, I was able to squeeze in a GTX 570 and stay in budget...although an optical drive is not included (I don't use them much anymore anyhow...Steam FTW!).
I especially like that it uses socket 1155, so upgading to a quad core later would be super simple....however, being only H61, OCing isn't an option, so upgrading to a K series CPU is pointless Overall though, games will fair much better with this builds powerful GPU

I even have a cd drive. Not much of a point in building a computer if you have no cd drive to load the OS.
This setup should give you a bit of wiggle room for oc'ing as well.

I haven't installed an OS off a CD in almost two years.
