Not sure if this the right area , But here it is.. GELID DOES NOT HONOR ITS WARRANTY!!! :argue:

Straight out of my email and ive still have heard a freaking word!! They will NOT cover $9! :mad:


EDIT: A fan broke off the mount, Not the blades, Blades are perfect still, It just came loose from the little metal stud that stick outs
And its under a 5 year warranty!

Update: Still no work back from GELID... Great company huh?? Right......




Was Dec 26 2013 when first contacted them.. And its now the Jan 7 2014. So.. thats. What.... 2 weeks,! No help from them at all!.. THATS GREAT!
 
You may want to put this into complete sentences and actually explain what it going on in a clear and concise way so other can understand the situation. It's a little difficult to follow as to what happened, and to what product.
 
Actually those fans can get separated from the casing (blades that is) and you just have to reattach them with some pressure. They tend to do that when being shipped.
You press the blades back into place and it'll work fine.
 
Additionally, a wise man once told me, "beat them with a velvet hammer". If you really want to RMA the fan, threatening and being abrasive isn't going to get you anywhere. Sometimes just being nice and calm about the situation may get you a lot further along.
 
It could also be that they may not have had people in their offices over the holidays, kind of have to give companies slack around this time of year.
 
Its kind of hard to tell what's going on. Your emails aren't spelled or punctuated correctly and it leads to confusion. Slow down, use proper English, and be patient.
