I planning on upgrading to this board anticipation of the Phenom II X6 Processors. I Currently have an ASRock A780GMH/128M With a Phenom II X2 550, with 4gb of DDR2 1066.
My question is, can Get this AM3 Motherboard, Use my AM3 CPU, and still use my DDR2 Ram? Or am I going to have to upgrade my ram too? I was planning on buying DDR3 ram when i got the X6.
