Going 16GB to 8GB

Let's say I have a chance to sell my actual RAM (see signature) 2X8GB 1600 C10, and get Corsair Vengeance 2X4GB 1866 C9... should I??

Do you need more than 8GB? If not, then sell it. The speed wont matter one bit though if that is what you are asking (not sure, kind of a vague post).

no i would stay with the slow but more ram
thats not much of a speed upgrade
not worth the trade

If you would answer just another one... Is it worst, better, or the same, to use a 2X8GB config. or a 4X4GB config.??
