Good $200 tablet?

I want a tablet with good build quality, a good GPU, and at least 1.5GB RAM, to run the results of my Android game programming on.

I'm thinking of either the Asus Zenpad S 8 for $179 which has the performance, or the Samsung Galaxy Tab A which has a certain brand nameness to it, but average performance.

I had the previous Nvidia shield tablet it was amazing. It destroyed everything else I had tested for gaming.
