Gotten blue screen a few times in the past week.

Played a game just fine one week (all smooth and fine). Tried playing it some more three days later with same setting as last time. (can hardly run it, even the menus lag). I put it in window mode, every thing ran fine started up game then got "Bluescreen" shortly after. So I ran a stress test(fur markl) on my GPU for an hour no problems...

Then I tried the CPU burner. (lasted only 6 min before I got blue screen)



What info should I try to get to narrow it down some more?

You update drivers recently? Graphics drivers from both companies are so poorly made and have been known to cause bluescreens on previously stable systems...

Did you check temperatures while stress testing the GPU?

Yea I updated not long ago....I can try to roll back and see what happens.

I think around 78...(maybe 80) but not much past that. (setting where 2560x1440 anti 8xMSAA)

It seems stable, other then the CPU burner with "Fur Mark" crashing to blue screen after 6 min.

maybe a driver reinstall ?
If your side pannel off does it still crash ? is the fan on the gpu fan free from dust ?
