My reasoning is I want to get stable at 5gz so far I still crash in p95 with 1.56vcore. And I don't want to go higher without better cooling I can bench an game at that but no go on prime.
 
1.56v is WAY too much for 24/7 operation... wow. A generally accepted rule of thumb here is 1.4-1.45v for 24/7. If back that off if you like your CPU to last.
 
I agree that is just for going over 5g sry I didnt specify. I run 4.8 @ 1.45 stable mid 70s on p95 never touches 70 gaming.
