I would imagine it to be around that, yes. Truth be told, both the Hyper 212+ and H100 allowed me to bench a 2600k for reviews at 5Ghz. I didnt check the temps.
My reasoning is I want to get stable at 5gz so far I still crash in p95 with 1.56vcore. And I don't want to go higher without better cooling I can bench an game at that but no go on prime.
1.56v is WAY too much for 24/7 operation... wow. A generally accepted rule of thumb here is 1.4-1.45v for 24/7. If back that off if you like your CPU to last.
