If it doesnt have the overclocking software to use with it (check at MFG website) then, you are SOL.
 
Even if you were to be able to overclock it with some form of software, the motherboard is not designed for it. It doesn't have the proper cooling or parts necessary to OC. How/why did you end up with an unlocked processor and an H series board? Sounds like a Tigerdirect kit.

Suggestion, if you plan on overclocking, get rid of that board and get one designed for it like a Z68 or Z77 board.

Exactly...no cooling over the power parts, and doesnt appear to be as robust as others.

So wait, did you see the TurboV software at Asus?
