H80 cooler plate screws

How tight should they be? Just enough so the cooler plate does not move? PC setup, FX6100 clocked to 4.3, idle is 40c. H80 is setup as exhaust. I tried as intake but found it cools a little better as exhausting.
volts, vcore 1.45, cpunb 1.35, anything below this is unstable.

are you talking about these screws?

if so they come already tightened to the correct torque from the factory. no need to mess with them.

If you are referring to the mounting screws then, those just have to be finger tight with a slight torquing with a screw driver.
