Having Trouble installing MS .NET Framework 2.0 Beta

I need to install in order for a program to work but when i tried installing the framework i get the error
"Error creating process
<C:\docume=1\asianz\temp\ixp000.tmp\install.exe>. Reason :INDOWS\system32\advpack.dll

i tried removing that .dll but still i get this error.
I run Windows XP Professional. AMD Processor

Remove the spyware from your system first using spybot search and destroy and ad-aware. Then try to reinstall.

Try this.

This is likly a version problem. One possibility is that spyware has installed its own version of the file. Another possibility is that when you removed the spyware version it replaced it with an older version of the file that does not match the version of other files (such as those updated by windows updates.) In both cases, the solution is to find the correct version and either put it in the system32 directory, or in the directory that includes install.exe. I would prefer to later if this is the only related problem you have.
