hi all, I have 3 HDD drives as storage on my pc 2 at 4tb and 1 at 5tb the problem I have is the 5tb will not put in an appearance, I can see it in device manager and I can see it in the bios but all I get in device manager is the code 45 thing.
I have changed SATA lead and power lead but all is still showing the same, can someone please help me.

Perhaps the drive needs to be initialized? Look in Computer Management -> Disk Management and see if it's recognized there and can be initialized.

You say you changed 'leads' (I'll assume that means cables), but did you try different, known good, ports? Try that drive on another PC? Perhaps it's a bad drive?
