Help: Keyboard mod to add buttons?

My mom's keyboard has some buttons that will open my computer, refresh internet pages, volume up/down/mute. Is there a way to add these buttons to my own keyboard?

Nope.

Buy a keyboard with media buttons on it, most of the newer good quality brands make it so you can program what exactly the buttons open.

And, to refresh a webpage, press F5.

only way i can see is that you steal your moms j/k
yes BUT no way you like to spend all that time working on it, to get all connected, get drivers, re programed etc...better off to buy new keyboard.
