First off id like to say hello to everyone, and thank you for helping me in advance 
I'm trying to get my e8500 to go past 4ghz and was wondering what i would need to change in order to achieve this.
My current oc is stable at 4ghz with a max of 56C in prime 95 (2hour test ever day for 3 days)
I'd like to try and Oc it to atleast 4.5ghz if i can.
Below are my system specs and bios settings.
OS: Windows XP Home Edition SP3
