Yeah what he told me my USB ports infront of my case were pushed in (my brother did it on accident) well when he pushed those in it messed up my other **** which caused it to act as it was booting from a unknown broken USB device. He fixed the ports and told me not to use them again. And yeah he charged me 39 dollars.
 
Thats not a bad price for the work, minimal though be it! Tell your brother to own up quicker next time he breaks something!

If I knew that I would have told you to disconnect the usb, then either you would restart the comp or reset the CMOS and it would have booted! Saving you 39 dollars!

Anyway glad its fixed!
