help needed for extention cable ?

Hi guys, I am planning to buy some individually sleeved extention cables for pcie and 24 pin from mb. I happen to see some nice looking ones with good price in China but I am just wondering if I purchase those from China would they work in north America? I am no professional electrician but I think they should work...

its from a Chinese website, the quality looks decent, I am just a bit confused if the voltage and stuff would work in N.A

The power supply takes care of 110v/220v, so anything pass the circuitry in the power supply will be standard. To put it short: yes it works.
