Help with Choosing an air cooler!!

Ive recently upgraded to a new pc. Was just wondering for the cpu cooler, cz the stock one gets quite loud, what would be the best option for a cooler that i can overclock with aswell. My budget is around R550 (60 - 80$)

For your specific range, then I'd go with the Noctua NH-U12P SE2

So the out of the 2. The Noctua one is better than the Hyper 212+? Which you recommend of the 2 (price aside).. And ? will be able to overclock hay?

And yes, you can overclock, how much depends on you. And your tolerance for fans on the HS.
