emachine el1360G and most OEM configurations in general, have no provisions in bios for overclocking. Most large OEMs lock out overclocking so the average joe will leave the machine alone and not be overclocking and kill the system while in warranty and this carries over into the time after warranty period is over.
You would need to replace the motherboard with an aftermarket one with overclocking options in the bios. And depending on the size and physical configuration of the case that may not even be possible as often the mass production computer companies use cases and motherboards that are of a non-standard shape and construction.
