help with kingston pc2-6400 cl6 240

i tried to boost my ram up from 800 mhz to 1066 mhz but i found over heating with my system and cpu

my specs.
mobo gigabyte ep45-ud3r rev(1.1)
xfx 9600 gso
2x2 gb kingston pc2-6400 cl6 240 , 800 mhz
i tb wd sata 2
h.e.c 500w psu

i changed some options from the bios which are :

performance enhance (standard)
mch freq latch 333 mhz
