Hide M.2 SSD behind graphics card?

I am considering the Gigabyte GA-X99-SOC Force, Socket 2011-3 for my build. I would like to use an M.2 SSD, but they are all hideously ugly and green looking. If only there was a black option...

Anyways... Is it possible to hide the drive behind two GPU's in SLI on this motherboard? The GPU's will both be watercooled, potentially with a clear block with 3mm LED's.
Will using the M.2 slot disable one of the PCIe slots?

You should be fine then, but you do lose SATA Express when using a M.2 drive on that motherboard. It looks like nothing will cover the M.2 drive as the two video cards go in the top and third slot.
