This is my first computer build I've ever done. These are my idle temp stock. I use to have a coolmaster 520 cooler and idle temps were around mid 20's low30's now I'm at low 40's I saw that the D-14 does not have a smooth finish like my other cooler did. But I bought this cooler (D--14) for everyone saying how bad *** it is. Here is a screen shot. My TIM is arctic sliver 5 I do have some TX-4 which is hard as hell to put on from what I've read.

*****8Here is something strange too.. when I overclock to 4ghz. the temps stay pretty much the same as they are now. I up the voltage to 1.3125 but if I go up to 1.32 the temps get to mid to high 40's low 50 (50-51). I since ran stock setting with my ram timed like it should with the voltage it needs. Thats why the picture has stock clocking with turbo mode.

Is it true that multiplier needs to be odd number?

******reapplied Tim using the line test... temps are down 1-2c.

Also I change the voltage from 1.3125 at 4ghz to 1.25v and the temps didn't change. I though if you lower the voltage you will have less heat?

you need to be looking at load temps, no idle temps, idle temps are meaningless

room is 71 degrees F. Load temps are 60-65. Still messing with the volts to get it more stable.

Numbers look good to me on idle and load. I have the D-14 on a 920 stock and my numbers aren't much lower than yours are.

Adding a bottom fan to the case could help a bit and getting another for the top. The better your case airflow, the better your case air temps. Try loading it with the case side off and a house fan blowing into the case. If a few C better, better case airflow would help. Your temps aren't bad at all anyway.
