Seems like my Pc is hitting a brick wall for 5 sec :bang head :bang head :bang head :bang head :bang head

The only thing that looks iffy to me is the one below...

It seems as if you have a TON of stuff running at startup that does NOT need to be... Start > Run > Type msconfig

You definately dont need all those to run at startup... Have you run Spybot and adaware in SAFE mode with System REstore disabled? If not, make sure Spybot and Ad-aware are up to date, then run them in safe mode. You look fairly clean, you just have more running at startup than it seems you need. How much ram does this machine have?

need these:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PowerStrip] d:\pc apps\power strip\pstrip.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [StarSkin] D:\NET APPS\STYLE XP\NEW FOLDER\STARSKIN.EXE -H
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ASUS Probe] d:\pc apps\cooling\AsusProb.exe
