how do i change my NB faN speed?

in the bios it says cpu speed 2345 rpm
system fan speed 3012 rpm
nb speed 0 rpm lol

i have the motherboard listed below but cnt seem to find how to change it?

Pretty sure you mean a GIGABYTE GA-785GM-US2H, in which case you don't have a NB fan, making it tricky at best to change it's speed
