I want to put in 120mm fan on the left side of the case but the left pannel is modded with a window... I was wondering what kind of bits shoould i use to cut a 120mm hole in the plexi glass... is it even possible....

has anyone ever done it, please give me some tips..

for drilling holes, a normal twist drill bit will work fine, it is like drilling any other kind of plastic. And for the larger hole, a hole saw on a drill will work too, but it might leave a rough edge that needs to be smoothed.

If you dont know where to get or dont wanna shell out the $20-30 for a hole saw, you can use a rotary cutting bit on a dremel or a roto-zip tool. You can pick one of those up for ab $5-10. Make sure to cut inside of the line you wanna cut and then shape it by sanding for a perfect circle. Or make a cheap guide out of metal.

a 120 hole saw isn't that expensive...maybe $15 most. My 90mm hole saw cuts through plexy REAL pretty...no rough edges or anything.
