SOLVED How does this config cool?.

Is it pushing (blowing) air?, pulling air (sucking from GPU)?, or is one fan pushing and one pulling?.

Both fans are pushing air down through the heatsink, then the warm air comes out from all sides of the card.

... and that is the case with all dual fan configurations?.

Yeah, I think so. I don't remember seeing a different config. You can tell which way the air flows by looking at the fan blade shape and angle.

EDIT: I just checked some non-ref cooler designs by MSI, Sapphire, Gigabyte, XFX, and EVGA. They're all set up the same way.
