Does this look good?
The only question, can I make the memory faster by changing the multiplier in the BIOS?
If I change it to 3 X, I get some 500+ MHZ Frequency, but a divider of 4:5.
I'm not sure what all those numbers mean, but read that it is always best to leave the divider 1:1
How does the rest look?
System is absolutely stable.

Everything looks good! Congrats!

But you're not getting the most out of your ram, a divider of 4:5 will give you more performance than 1:1. If your memory can handle it. :)

How about a 2:3?
The system is stable, but it doesn't make a difference in 3DMark 2006

One more question, I cant find any place where I could change some memory settings like I saw some other people have. e.g. 5-5-5-15 or 4-4-4-12 etc.
any idea where that is?

Even better! But at 350 FSB your memory is going to run at about 550 using a 2:3 divider, if your mem can handle it then do it  Just remember to test your ram oc with memtest.

Bench your different memory dividers using SuperPI then you'll see the difference.

On Gigabyte boards to see those memory timings you need to press CTRL+I on the main BIOS screen, a new option will appear. AFAIK. :)

Sorry for OT, but posting that^^ at the end of each of your posts kind of defeats the purpose of maximum allowed sig sizes, no? ;)

hmmmm, since this is not part of the sig, how can it defeat the max sig size?
but you're right, your post is OT
