if other factors like chassis and fans mounted on cooler might be affecting,

pls just consider the stock fan and a normal full tower chassis, coz that way I might consider my own rig a bit higher

mine is Haf932 + push/pulled cooler with two cougars CF-V12HP

also knowing the VCORE and CPU NB Voltage used, will save me a lot error and trial

Depends on the cpu... Somewhere around 4.3 ghz would be my guess.

As far as the settings, you need to fund those out yourself as every cpu is different. We have an Ivybridge overclocking guide on the front page you should check out.
