so i was wondering how much everyone here spends on insulation? i assume its a decent amount. as closed cell foam isnt cheap and you buy foam tape, dielectric grease, whatever you use to glue on the foam, the dielectric tape(i forgot what its called offhand) for the slots.. closed cell foam wrapping for all the tubing..

so yeah just wondering what the adverage person spent on insulating thier cpu and videocards.

im guessing like 50-150$ depending on how good a job they did.

I spent like 25$+, just for the CPU.
liquid electrical tape
regular electrical tape
some insulation strips
some regular insulation for copper tubing
I dont use dielectric grease...

This was for a solid ALU dry ice container.

My copper brazed container came with
Armaflex insulation which works well.
