How much Hdd space do you have? poll!

My rebuilt PC only has a single 160gig SATA HDD. My laptop has a 80gig HDD.

I have two external drives: 250gig USB (IDE), and 400gig USB/ESATA HDD.

I just acquired 5 1TB HDs this week. Going in a EXT3 software RAID 5. I have another 3TB spread across maybe a dozen HDs in my main desktop and file server.

I recently got into HD video and picked up a 640gb WD Caviar to compliment my 150 Raptor. I can see myself getting another 640+ by the end of the year! And a Blu-ray burner..

currently 80GB (internal) + 250+500 (external) =830 GB the 500GB is considered a backup of the other two so I really only have 330GB


however with 1TB drives for 80 bucks, i'm tempted... very tempted.

I was thinking two, not five! :O

Going to upgrade to 1.5TB drives now.

I wish they'd stop futzing about and just put a 2 or 3TB drive out.

Might have been using one of those old quantums, that notorious tone from those things.... ahhh

I got a 640 in my main rig, and its almost full. Probably get a 1TB in my next rig.
