got a 3.2 P4 watercooled
msi 865 board
ocz pc3200lepl ram

running stable at 3.6 2-2-2-5cl at 3.0 volts vdimm and 1.6 cpu

temps at 28 idle and 34 under load

I want to go higher but nothing seems to work... with my temps never getting higher than 34 on cpu(48 in bios) shouldnt the cpu be able to go higher or is the ram holding me back??

how do i know whether its ram or cpu...or is it something else?

any ideas to help overclock higher...would like to get 3.7(gotten b4 but with divider on diff mobo)

new to overclocking and reached a wall, need a little info to get me over the hump

I would lower the vdimm voltage to 2.9 and give some space to those timings, perhaps 2.5-3-3-7 only to try if it works, then once the system is booting, start stretching the timings. Also like Jimbob said, push the vcore a bit up, 1.6 is a bit low to overclock that processor.
