Looks like the thread has self-corrected.

Sorry if you broke something. We've all had those moments. Back in the Socket A/Socket 370 days, the equivalent experience was gouging motherboard traces with a screwdriver when bending the stiff heatsink clip.

Haha yeah macklin, those were the days - breaking those friggin tabs off the CPU socket too and then having to use a mess of zip ties or other crazy mounting ideas
