Im in the process of planning a plexi case. For those who have done one:

How did you make a removable panel and still keep the edges glued into a nice cube?

I prefer building clear cases that are held together with JUST screws. Largely because I hate working with glue. It also makes it easier to remove a single piece if you later decide to add a fan hole or switch.
As far as glueing, most people use display case hinges or specialty item acrylic hinges.

Almost done with mine. I'm using metal corner brackets to hold it together. As soon as my friend gets back into town with his Digi cam, I'm gonna' post. Stands about 10.5 inches tall (Could of made it smaller but I needed room to put in a PCI card). I had to take Captain Slug's advice and switch over to Lexan over plexi. :)
