Hey guys,

I started to oc my 4770K tonight.

Currently i am trying out 4400mhz @ 1.210v

What i dont understand is, before i started to OC HWmonitor showed correct (or at least closer to real) readings on the wattage of the cpu.

Now that i have started to OC, all that went out the window.

No at idle while overclocked, the readings are 0.67w and while under full load with prime95 i am getting 1.56w at the top mark. Thats about 79watts below where it at the very least should be.

Anyone got a fix? or know why this is going on?

Latest version of Hwmonitor?

I dunno, Hwmonitor should read from the rig's onboard Super I/O chip or monitoring chip.

Are you stable? what about your temp readings, are they right?
It all depends on your chip, I know that Hwmonitor gives me false readings for my voltages as I just got a new 600 watt psu and it works fine but HWmonitor says my 12 volt rail is only 10 volts at times...

Hrmm... Weird, I'm not sure what to say.
Faulty hardware? I don't think so though...

Hopefully someone else can weigh in too.
