hyper 212 evo AND SYS FANS doesnt start up till bios in boot

why and what can I do

If the BIOS doesn't let you set sane fan settings, get some adapters to connect the fans directly to the PSU.

This is a very common problem from what I can tell. I purchased my sabertooth 2 days ago and have fan problems as well. Checked on google and sure enough it's pretty rampant. Before you give up you might wanna try just plugging them in the cpu optional. If you have 2 fans invest in a pwm fan splitter.
