my XP1800 DLT3C 0334 NIUHB can run 2.5ghz anytime i want w/1.9v but i dont really want too run that high of voltage for me too run 2.6 i had too run 2.0v or alil more. this is all on water by the way.

Anyway ur JIUHBs sound alot like mine.

They will do 2.3ghz with 1.675v, but require 1.825 to get past 2.4ghz.

They are great little chips. Im gonna hang onto mine until I secure a 2800+ Mobile in a couple months

My 1800 dlt3c JIXIB is a dud. I can't even get to 2.2ghz, even with 1.9v......It won't even do 166x11 w/ 1.8v... (330w antec truepower, nf7-s, pc2700 crucial that can do 183 2.5-2-2-6)
