I'm wondering

If a case normally uses a screw in setup for mounting, would it be possible to moddify it for a rail mounting setup. If you can what parts would you need?

The problem lies with having the room for rail mounting. Cases designed for screw mounts don't have the leeway in the drive cage to allow rails to be inserted, and depending on design, the means for the rails to clip.
